All prices exclude tax and are subject to change without notice. All plans are billed for the month or year ahead. You may change or cancel your plan at any time. Yearly plans purchased for the first time can be refunded by submitting a written request through our contact form within 30 days of the original purchase date. Renewals, plans billed on a monthly basis, setup fees, domain names, branding services, ad services, physical products and any other charges outside a first-time yearly website plan purchase are not eligible for a refund. We will always strive to work with you as best we can but cannot guarantee extensions on any invoices. Any invoices not paid by the due date risk the loss of all data and registrations associated with the account. Website changes, additional pages, content development, plugins, or any other work outside the initial setup is billed separately.
